I have a Bachelors of Arts Degree, with Honors, from Rutgers University, in New Brunswick, NJ. I am an Arizona Certified Home Inspector (Certificate #38097). My home inspection training was with House Master of America, one of the largest and oldest Home Inspection Companies in the USA, and I am a graduate of NIBI, their National Institute of Building Inspectors.

Formerly a member of ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors from 1992 until 2006, I was also a professional member of ICBO, the International Conference of Building Inspectors, for many years.

Before becoming a home inspector, I owned and operated a maintenance and repair company in New Jersey. Working in conjunction with licensed contractors and relocation companies, we performed plumbing, electrical, roofing repairs and installations, painting, remodeling and general building maintenance.

Prior to that, I was with Bristol-Myers-Squibb for 17 years, supervising a team of technicians in the manufacturing and sterilization of injectable pharmaceuticals.
